During a technical diagnosis or custom software development, it is customary to have access to internal processes, databases, business logic, and, in some cases, sensitive commercial information. This page describes how we manage that information before, during, and after every project.
No technical diagnosis begins without a signed agreement
Mandatory Prior Signature
Before accessing any client documentation, systems, or databases, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed. No diagnosis or information gathering is performed without this step.
Limited Access to Assigned Team
Only the engineer or team directly assigned to the project has access to client information. Information is not shared across projects or with personnel not involved in development.
Confidentiality Outlasts the Project
Confidentiality obligations remain in force after the contract, support, or commercial relationship with the company ends.
Your business information belongs to you, always
We operate under a platform-as-a-service (SaaS) model: the system, platform, and underlying code remain the property of Evolian Studio, licensed for use via subscription. However, the entire database generated by the client's operations — clients, sales, processes, and records — is and will remain the exclusive property of the client.
- The business database belongs to the client. Upon termination of the commercial relationship, a full export of your data is provided.
- Business information (processes, data, documentation) used during development is never reused in other projects or shared with third parties.
- Client case studies, screenshots, or operational data are never published without express written authorization.
